It always surprises me how well the pictures would turn out when I took it candidly. Sometimes the subjects are not ready for their pictures to be taken, others may be unaware of a camera, there were also a lot of instances that I was the one who is not ready to take a picture since moments come and goes like raindrops' ripples on a puddle. These moments though, are the most honest moments that can be captured through a camera lens; revealing naked truths about emotions, about connections, about people, about things that made us humans. These were – most of them still are – my presents, memories and feelings forever frozen in a small square image, set in (digital) stone.
